How to pay sentara lab bill online? ›

Introducing Sentara Bill Pay

Now when you use the Sentara website, Sentara MyChart, or the Sentara app to pay a bill, you will be prompted to set-up your Bill Pay account. If you currently have a payment plan, your balance will be transferred to the new billing experience.

The best way to see itemized statements is to register with Sentara Bill Pay. If you need assistance, please contact Sentara's Customer Service Department at 757-233-4500.

Until then, testing results are still dependent on private laboratories, such as LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics. However, as a result of the large number of tests being processed at those labs, Sentara has shut down its drive-thru screening locations until further notice.

Why is Labcorp billing me? ›

Labcorp received information from either your ordering physician or your insurance company indicating that you are responsible for all or part of the fees for testing services we provided. For more information about a bill you received from Labcorp, please contact Patient Billing at 800-845-6167.

Labcorp will provide a Good Faith Estimate before your appointment in the above circumstances. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
